Pyrolysis Technology

Advancing Plastic Recycling Through Innovation

At Waste To Fuels, our management team has dedicated nearly 20 years to research and development, securing multiple patents in Thermal Catalytic De-polymerization. Our focus has now shifted to addressing the challenge of hard to recycle plastics that continue to fill landfills due to the limitations of traditional recycling methods. By integrating commercially proven, we are now preparing to launch our first full scale facility.

A Fully Commercial Plastic Liquefaction Facility

Our advanced thermal liquefaction facility will recycle mixed plastic waste using a cutting edge thermo-chemical that converts hard to recycle plastics into valuable pyrolysis oil.

A Unique, Flexible Approach to Plastic Recycling

Waste To Fuels is developing a versatile business model that not only processes the common 3Ps-Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and Polystyrene-but also accommodates up to 20% PET and PVC by weight. These materials, considered contaminants in other liquefaction facilities, can be effectively processed using our technology.

This breakthrough, along with numerous other technical refinements, allows us to recycle plastic waste from industrial manufacturers and municipal solid waste streams. Additionally, we can incorporate rejects and residues from mechanical and material recycling operations-typically 40-50% of their throughput-which are often discarded due to high PET and PVC content. Our system efficiently blends these materials into the recycling stream at up to 20% by weight without compromising reactor performance or product quality.

By pushing the boundaries of plastic recycling, Waste To Fuels is setting a new standard for sustainability, waste reduction, and innovation within the plastic circular economy.
